Questions groups ask us
Is cleaning included?
Final cleaning is included in the price. During your stay, a refresh costs US$40 and a full cleaning US$80.
How do I pay?
A non-refundable 20% deposit locks your dates. The balance is paid on arrival. We accept cash, card and bank transfer.
Can we have a party at the villa?
Music is welcome until 11 pm with the villa speakers, at a reasonable volume. The condominium is residential, so DJs and sound systems are not allowed. To keep the night going, we recommend a private party at a bar.
Our group is too big for one villa.
We book extra villas in the same condominium, a few steps apart. Tell us your group size and we put the combination together.
Can you arrange airport transfers and a chef?
Yes. Our concierge books airport transfers, private chefs, yacht days and activities, and helps plan birthdays and group events.
