How it works
Pick a villa, pick your dates, and choose one of two things.
Villa only
The whole house with its private pool, final cleaning and 24/7 concierge. You organise the rest yourself. The villa costs the same whether 6 or 12 of you come.
Full experience
The villa plus airport transfers, breakfast every morning, a private chef and van outings around Tulum. The longer you stay, the more is included.
What the full experience includes
Services scale with the length of your stay. Every package always includes the round-trip airport transfer and daily breakfast for the whole group.

The four services
Airport transfers
Private van from Cancún or Tulum airport, there and back. Most groups fly into Cancún, about two hours away — arriving after a long flight to a driver holding your name is worth more than it costs.
Breakfast every morning
A cook comes to your villa and makes breakfast for everyone. Not a buffet you queue for at a hotel — your own kitchen, your own table, at whatever hour your group wakes up.
Private chef
Dinner, lunch or a carne asada by the pool. You choose which nights. For a bachelorette or a birthday this replaces the restaurant reservation nobody wants to organise for twelve people.
Outings around Tulum
Van with driver to the Maya ruins, the cenotes, Jaguar Park, the beach clubs or dinner in town. Round trip, on your schedule. Entrance fees are paid separately at each site.
What it costs
The villa is priced per villa, not per person — it costs the same whether six or twelve of you come. The services scale with the group. That means the more of you there are, the less each person pays.

Final prices, taxes included. Stays of 7 nights or more get 20% off the villa; 28 nights or more, 40% off. A one-off cleaning fee of $120 applies. Booking direct means no Airbnb or Booking.com service fee.

Weddings and large groups
The eight villas sit inside the same gated community, so a group of up to 98 can stay together with nobody else around. The celebration can be held on site: no moving your guests between a venue and their beds at midnight. A ninth villa in the same community can be added when the group needs it.
